World Learning seeks an Administrative Coordinatorfor a School Management & Instructional Leadership Program – SWAP Educacion. Duration: 1 year 4 months. Background:This program aims at providing training to 15,334 principals and vice-principals from different regions in Peru as part of the Peruvian government’s policy to specialize teacher development. The program is funded through a loan issued by the World Bank to the Peruvian government, which will include participants from public schools from pre-K through High School, Special Needs Education, Alternative Education, and Vocational-Technical Education. Duration of the program is of 83 weeks beginning on or around November 2, 2015 and ending March 2017.

Administrative Coordinator

Duties to include but not limited to the following:

· Executing all work in cooperation with the General Coordinator and Supervising Coordinator(s)

· Developing administrative systems and processes to ensure the delivery of all program activities and outcomes as set out in the Scope of Work and other relevant contract documentation

· Overall coordination of administrative staff and activities

· Development of all necessary administrative and office systems

· Developing reports and other related documents dealing with logistic, administrative, budgetary matters and other reports as requested by the General Coordinator

· Processing payment of salaries and honoraria for World Learning staff members and service providers

· Overseeing timely materials delivery and payment of suppliers

· Overseeing procurement and acquisition of needed goods and services

· Responsible with the General Coordinator, the Supervising Coordinator, and the Accountant for budget execution and budget guidelines compliance

Requirements:

· Professional degree in Accounting, Economics or Administration

· No less than 3 years of work experience in administrative and budget management

· Command of technological, information, and communication tools needed for the job

· Must have fluent written and spoken English and Spanish

· No criminal history or background

· No current professional or marital ties with the Peruvian Ministry of Education nor with any current programs involved with the Peruvian Ministry of Education
